PROGRAMMES / BUSINESS & TEAMS

Big ideas.
A shared achievement.

How does your team work together when an idea has to become reality? A shared goal and a common material make communication, responsibility and responses to change visible. The result is a structure — and a conversation worth taking back to work.

TEAM BUILDING AND DEVELOPMENT

The right space
for your idea.

For team leaders, HR and internal event organisers: from welcoming new colleagues to working across departments. We first establish your goal and the balance between a building challenge, open-ended creation and shared reflection.

Clear communication

When two sections need to connect, instructions must be clear. Your team tests its communication against a visible result.

Shared responsibility

Planning, materials and construction depend on each other. A shared task encourages people to look beyond their own role.

Reflection grounded in experience

What made cooperation easier? Where was information lost? We discuss observations from the build and possible steps for everyday work.

Ideas before hierarchy

The simple material gives everyone the same starting point. A useful idea can come from any member of the team, regardless of position.

Adapting the plan together

A changing task makes priorities tangible: what stays, what can be simplified, and how do others find out?

A visible shared achievement

The finished structure shows how individual contributions connect. A shared viewing also gives space to the quieter ideas that helped shape the result.

From a team goal to shared insight.

Tell us what connects or challenges your team right now. We use that to shape the task, pace and final discussion.

Prepare together

We agree on goals, numbers, venue and timing. Is the focus a relaxed introduction, a shared challenge or reflection?

Try it in practice

After a short introduction, teams plan and build. Connecting their sections requires coordination; the facilitator offers prompts and guides the process.

Take away one practical step

In the final discussion, we identify what helped. Your team can choose one small change to try in its next project.

ONE POSSIBLE STORY

What could it
look like?

Each team builds part of a shared structure. The parts need to connect. Who coordinates the dimensions, who tracks progress, and how are changes communicated? Building opens a conversation about how the team works.

This example is a starting point for discussion. We shape every workshop around the group.

MORE POSSIBILITIES FOR YOUR GROUP

Teams and leadership development

We shape the workshop around your team: cooperation, leadership or creative thinking. A shared structure raises practical questions about responsibility, resources and communication. At the end, we discuss the experience and what the team can take into everyday work.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your questions.

What does the team do in a workshop?

With facilitation, the team designs and builds several structures. The challenges create opportunities for communication, leadership and coordination.

Which goals can we choose?

Cohesion, leadership development, change, innovation, social responsibility or employer branding. The programme is tailored to the goal.

How long is the business format?

From compact sessions of 2 hours to full days or a project week. We agree on the schedule according to the goal and team size.

What group sizes are possible?

From teams of 8 to large groups of more than 300 participants on request. Delivery, materials and facilitation are confirmed individually for each project.

Who provides the space and materials?

You provide a suitable venue; we organise planks, facilitation, setup and dismantling. All included services are listed in the quotation.

Where do programmes take place?

We are based in Makarska. For a workshop at a school, organisation or event, tell us the location; travel and arrangements are agreed individually.

How is the price calculated?

According to duration, participant numbers and travel. A no-obligation quotation is prepared once the scope has been discussed.

How do we arrange a date?

Contact us by email or phone. The date, content and arrangements are confirmed together; submitting an enquiry on this website is not a booking.
